You are billed when you decide to buy the plan that best suits your needs. For your convenience, the subscription is set to auto-renewal, and you will receive a message 3 days before the renewal date.
To cancel your account, you need to log in and delete your account.
Once you choose to delete your account your data will be erased.
If you accidentally delete your account, please contact Neuraldesktop’s support desk to restore your active subscription.
NeuralDesktop runs offline, locally on your PC or Mac with no interaction with third-party translation servers. This is how you can use NeuralDesktop even under the strictest NDA agreements since no data is ever transferred outside your computer.
NeuralDesktop is continuously updated with new models (language pairs). The currently available models are displayed in a pop-up window in the Features page, in the NeuralDesktop Installer during installation, and inside the NeuralDesktop application.
